  The apartment is clean and beautiful. The area is kept clean. I didn't have any problems. It is conveniently located near shopping, restaurants and Highway 85. The staff is very friendly.

  If I could give -10 stars I would have... Lived here for 2 years. Maintenance is the worst I have ever dealt with. They don't solve anything. They get angry when they enter your apartment. As if you were asking for a favor. Everything is so poorly executed. The garbage area becomes absolutely disgusting. They really don't care. The apartments are very old and lack proper maintenance. When you move in, you literally have to vacuum all the necessary repairs. They do not....

  Don't be fooled by the model they will show you. No one has ever lived there. And, of course, they just want to force you to move. After that, it's done. It was a real nightmare there. I'm so glad I got away from them. I don't even mind that they charge me 3 extra days because I "supposedly" didn't hand over the keys on the departure date. However, they were not available to get them (after calling 5 times, emailing and even calling THE DOOR). Yes! Are so. Management is also the worst. They lack empathy and kindness. They just want you to be burdened with anything and everything, both during your lease and when you move out. PLEASE DO NOT RENT HERE. Believe me. You will regret it as much as I did. This is a TRUE AND HONEST REVIEW that I didn't post while living there for fear of retaliation. Then. Here it is.

• Never move here!

  This neighborhood is terrible. The first month I moved here with my young son, we had a mouse in our apartment. Management put my concerns to rest for months before action was taken. I recently heard scratching noises from another mouse. This place is infested with cockroaches and ants. Not water bugs, but cockroaches. Management doesn't care about the residents. It gives attitude when you complain that you don't care about the services. My garbage disposal was out of commission for 3 months. I called and called nothing...

  it was made to help me. The site is not maintained. The trash can is always full. The pool is never open in summer. The property manager never calls back with any concerns. I was told that there is only one maintenance person on site. So if you have any problems, forget it. Too expensive for terrible living conditions. Mice, cockroaches, ants, duck droppings everywhere.

• Absolutely disgusting.

  Infested cockroaches!! They're everywhere, crawling all over my plates, spoons, forks, toothbrushes. It once fell from the ceiling onto my bed. The mailboxes were burned for so many months and I had to drive 15 minutes to get my mail. The pool is never open... It would be nice if the sparkling and very clean pool advertised in apartments. Trash and empty alcohol bottles everywhere. When I moved in, the trash compactor had been broken for months....

  Imagine old broken parts raining down on the furniture and garbage in front of your apartment. Even after buying a new printer, there is still a lot of junk and it always looks dirty. Apartments very old with water damage but being repainted to make them beautiful. My cupboards are old and smell like sour cream and onion chips. I find cockroaches crawling all over my plates all the time. Before I moved my tub was sprayed with some kind of white paint and now it keeps flaking and clogging the tub. They constantly have to turn off the water because they have so much damage in their pipes.
