How do I earn rewards?
Simply sign up for emails from Sur La Table and provide your email address with every purchase (remember to use the same email address each time). We track your spend and send you the rewards you've earned every three months.
How long are my awards valid?
Rewards are valid for 45 days (the expiry date will be stated in the rewards email).
How can I use my rewards?
Rewards can be used to receive a discount on product purchases and cooking classes online or at the Sur La Table Store. Present a copy of your rewards email when shopping in-store or enter your rewards code in the 'Promo Code' section at checkout when shopping online. Rewards cannot be redeemed for enrollment in Sur La Table Online Culinary Institute. Awards are not redeemable for cash and cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or coupon.
What are the reward earning periods?
Rewards are earned during three month collection periods. Earning Periods are October through December, January through March, April through June and July through September of each year (each, an “Award Earning Period”). Your earnings balance resets to zero at the beginning of each Rewards accumulation period.
Do all my purchases count towards my rewards earnings?
Yes! Every purchase you make in stores or online counts toward your rewards earnings, even the purchase of cooking classes.
How do you keep track of what I earn?
Be sure to give us your email address with every purchase; Remember to use the same email address each time. We use your email to track all of your purchases and then count them every three months to determine your reward.
How do I know where I am?
We will send you monthly email updates to keep you informed of your earnings progress.
When do I get my rewards?
Rewards will be emailed to you in January, April, July and October each year.
Does a reward have a monetary value?
Remember that a Reward has no monetary value, it is only a benefit and you have no property, right, title or interest in the Reward.
What happens when I return something I earned as a reward?
If you return an item purchased with a reward, you will not receive the reward amount at the time of return.
How do I know if it's a double win period?
The double earning period for SLT benefits will be communicated via email and on our website.
Tell us your birthday and get a special reward to celebrate your big month. You must opt-in to receive emails from Sur La Table in order to participate. No purchase is required to receive a birthday reward. Birthday Rewards will be emailed to you a few days before your actual birthday and are valid for 30 days.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Sur La Table employees are not eligible to participate in the SLT Perks program.
This program will continue until terminated, suspended, modified or converted to another rewards program by Sur La Table. Any pending Rewards you have received will remain valid until their expiration, except as otherwise provided in any amendment to these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. Awards are earned in 3 month periods each year, with these accrual periods running from October to December, January to March, April to June and July to September each year. Earning balances are reset at the beginning of each earnings period. The rewards received are emailed to participants every 3 months in January, April, July and October of each year.
Limit ONE award per customer per award redemption period.
Prizes cannot be redeemed for cash and can only be used once, even if prize credit remains after a prize has been used. You agree that a Reward has no cash value, is a gift only and that you have no property, right, title or interest in the amount of the Reward.
Awards are not transferrable.
Rewards cannot be used to purchase gift cards.
Rewards may be used on any product purchase transaction (e.g. cookware, electrical appliances, cutlery, silverware, etc., cooking classes purchased together in a single transaction). Customers have the opportunity to choose between redeeming a reward for a product or purchasing a cooking class during each reward redemption period.
Rewards cannot be redeemed for enrollment in Sur La Table Online Culinary Institute.
Rewards cannot be combined with any other offer, discount or coupon.
Reward redemption excludes gift cards, gift wrapping and shipping. No adjustments can be made to apply a reward to a previous purchase.
Customers must provide a copy of their rewards email when making an in-store purchase or use their rewards code at checkout when purchasing online.
Rewards are valid for 45 days from date of issue.
You can only use each bonus once. We may suspend or terminate your participation in the Program if you use or attempt to use a Reward more than once.
If items purchased with a reward coupon are returned, the discount or coupon amount may be deducted from the return credit. Cashback will not be given for products or services purchased with a reward. Returns of products purchased with a reward are for in-store credit only.
Purchases made with a Reward will count towards your next Reward Earnings minus the amount of the redeemed Reward.

Sur La Table, in its sole and absolute discretion, may terminate, suspend or change any aspect of the Program and/or any prize at any time, including the availability of any prize. Sur La Table may, in its sole and absolute discretion, terminate or suspend a Customer's participation in the Program for breach of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or taking any action contrary to the intent of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions. Sur La Table reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to bar any customer from participating in any aspect of the Program if Sur La Table believes or suspects that such customer has engaged in or attempted to participate in: (a) Acting against them violates the Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions; (b) damage, tamper with, or damage the operation of the Program or the Website; (c) act with intent to annoy, harass, or abuse another person; (d) engage in any inappropriate, uncooperative, disruptive, fraudulent, potentially fraudulent, or unusual conduct or activity; or (e) activities that Sur La Table, in its sole discretion, deems inconsistent with the intended operation of the Program. Any decision by Sur La Table to terminate or suspend a customer's participation in the Program will be final and binding in all respects. Sur La Table shall be the sole decision-maker in cases of suspected abuse, fraud or breach of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or in determining the intent of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions.
Except in the event of willful misconduct or gross negligence on the part of Sur La Table, customers by participating in the Program release Sur La Table, its affiliates, vendors, advertising and promotional agencies and their respective directors, officers, employees and agents (collectively, "Released Parties" ) from any liability for any loss, damage, cost or expense, including but not limited to property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of or in any way related to the Program or use of any Rewards. Our sole and exclusive liability to you and your sole and exclusive remedy for any breach by Sur La Table of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions shall be for Sur La Table to pay you the face value of any rewards paid to you for your purchases. in the two immediately preceding Award Periods up to a maximum of $50.00. Indemnification Customers agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sur La Table and its agents and representatives from and against any third party claim, demand, liability, cost or expense, including attorneys' fees and costs, arising out of or arising out of in connection with a breach by Customer of any of these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or breach by Customer of any applicable law. Governing Law These Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Washington. Except as prohibited by applicable law, you expressly consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the courts located in Seattle, Washington, for all matters relating to these Loyalty Program Terms and Conditions or your participation in the Program.
